Thoughtful Thursday: Highlighting Franchesca Ramsey

Today I want to highlight someone who make a whole lot of sense when she talks about identity and, specifically, race. A new role model for me, I present to you Franchesca Ramsey: actor, comedian, vlogger, graphic designer, consultant, and natural hair geek. We have shared some of her content before (the "what if microaggressions happened to white people" video), and all of her work is of the same level of quality, insight, and humor.
